(Pamela) Lake, and Anastasia (Michael) Frederick. Dear grandfather of Theodore and Stephanie Lake; Jacqueline, Daniel and Christine Lake; Thalia, Dennis, and Alana Frederick. Fond brother of the late James T. Lake. Visitation Wednesday, December 21, 2016, 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 11:00 at Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 10301 South Kolmar Avenue, Oak Lawn, IL 60453. Interment Evergreen Cemetery, Evergreen Park, IL. Ted was a dear friend, next door neighbor, and advisor for nearly twelve years. What a privilege to know this kind, intelligent man with so many great stories to share about the yacht club, Chicago, and his family. Thank you to Ted and Thalia for being leaders in our community, dear and precious to us, and wonderful dining companions at Patio Cafe! You will be missed. Rest In Peace, Ted.
