Thomas is greatly missed here in Los Angeles. He left an impression on so many of us that lives on. In my mind, I still see his big bright smile, and hear his fantastic laugh and distinctive voice.
No words can express the sadness of his loss... or of the positive impact he has left on so many. He is a blessing that will live on forever.

Saying goodbye today was so bittersweet. All I could think of was you smiling and your joyful spirit. I remember good times and our deep conversations, prayers over each others lives and the encouragement of days to come. I will miss you, brother Thomas. I know you are dancing in heaven now and our Heavenly Father is saying to you "job well done". Rest and the Lord's peace is with you now. I lift Dannell and your family in prayer that the good Lord will fill them with strength and comfort for all the days ahead. Like all who knew you, we will honor your life and use everything you taught us with love.
In Christ Jesus,

Tom was a friend and inspiration to me. He was a leader in the men's ministry at our church and helped me build relationships with other men there. I admired Tom's openness, energy, cheerfulness, and genuine concern for others. I clearly remember the last time I saw Tom & Dannell, at the beach early on Easter morning 16 months ago. I will keep that great memory with me until I see him again. Michelle & I will pray for Dannell to find peace and strength in this difficult time.

It's taken me a few days for this to settle in. Thomas was a great man to work for. He was all about encouraging the person on the other side of the conversation. He was not afraid to show emotion, which shows strength. I will miss him dearly. I will rejoice him and not be sadden by what has happened. I will remember him always as this cool boss and someone that I could go to to just talk. Thank you Thomas for all the encouragement and I will continue to push on and reach my goals of life... May God bless you and your family as they are overcome with saddness.

Dear Mrs. Moyer, Dannell, and the entire Moyer Family,
I extend my deepest sympathy in the loss of your beloved Tom. I met Tom years ago when he lived in Ohio. We became fast friends and my family became good friends with him too. He was a delight to know and we are so thankful God brought him into our lives. We have the fondest memories of him and will always cherish his friendship. He was a great guy and I miss him a lot. May the God of all comfort and peace be your strength as you go through these dark days.

Dear Mrs Moyer, and family, we had the pleasure of not only meeting Tom back in 1999, at Chapel Hill Church, in Cuyahoga Falls,Ohio, but also of knowing him since that time, until he moved to California. He was one of a kind. Very likable, with personality plus, fun to be with, and a sweet spirit about him, and a love for Jesus. Together, we went to the same church, played golf, had lunch and dinner, out and at our home, and even went to the Dominican Republic for a week, to be used by the Lord, to help those way up in the hinderland, who were extremely poor, by building churches for them, playing ball with the kids, sharing our brown bag lunches with them, and ministering to them in whatever way we could. And oh how Tom loved it and those people, and they him. So much so that he told me he would like to learn Spanish better, and go back one day to be a missionary to those people. And many times prior to our missions trip, Tom and Rick, would meet at our home, to plan and pray about our upcoming trip to the D.R. Tom was a joy to be with, and we already miss him so very, very much. Tom spoke of his mom and brothers and sister often, and how he missed his dad. And we know that this is a most difficult time to say the least, for all of you, but we want you to know, that as much as you loved him, and miss him, and hurt, we, my wife and I, and our family, and hundreds of other people do also, and that we are all praying for you, asking the Lord to be very real to you, and that you would sense His touch, knowing that He, Jesus, loved Tom even more. And that as difficult as it is, that you will put your trust in Jesus, to bring you through this.
