thank you so much for always welcoming me into your home anytime I would visit Kelly. Thank you for celebrating my 27th birthday with me, helping light candles and sing. you are a treasure and we will miss you dearly!! look over your girls-- they need your protection so fiercely. all my love

I love that my dad could easily nod off into a nap and jolt wide awake from the sound of his own snoring. I love how he was okay to sit in the silence and just be together. No words necessary. I love the stories from his police days that I heard a million times but still asked to hear again. And apart from his brilliant blue eyes - I love that I look just like him. I love how he brought me into his side for a hug and didn´t let go. I love his kisses on my forehead. I love the sound of his voice. I love he was a witness to my first breaths on earth - and I was a witness to his last. I love Dad. And I love and will always love being his daughter.

Tom ("Klem") and I were best buds (along with Gary Reiss and Mike Pederson) at Maine West in the early 60´s. Tom was upbeat, friendly, smart and fun to be around. We had many memorable adventures together. I´ll miss him.
