Tom Lease
April 18, 2020
Mainly knew Wes thru my sister Linda Lease. He was a great guy, got me out of trouble one time at the Deep End in Park Ridge. Saw him a few times over the years, but our family bonds distanced and I have not seen any for quite some time. Last time I saw him was at my dads funeral, he seemed like the same ol Wes! I have no doubt he will be missed by many. We can not ttake life for granted. It could end at anytime. Make right with those once close to you, you never know when that ability to do so will end. And most of all, get right with God. Condolences to his family from ours.

I was a classmate of Wes at Ebinger Elementary School and Taft High School. We lost track of each other after high school until we met again at fund raisers for past Mayor Dave Schmidt. We only lived a few blocks apart and often saw each other at Park Ridge events. We also talked at the Taft 50th reunion. I always enjoyed talking with Wes and was very sad to learn of his passing. He was a good friend and always had something nice to say about everyone.

Wes was a wonderful and sweet man, gone too soon. May he rest in peace. And may his family find comfort in God's love during this difficult time.
