I will always hold dear all the fun we had together and the moments we shared. Billy's star always burned so bright that I can even see it now. He had such an amazing congenial spirit that now soars free. Billy will be so deeply missed. I am grateful he was and always will be my friend. All my love, thoughts, and prayers go out to his family, loved ones, and friends. Until we meet again.....
