William Soltis Obituary
William August Soltis, 64, formerly of Downers Grove, IL, passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2014 at his home. William was born in Chicago on May 14, 1949 to the late John August and Virginia P. Soltis. He was married to the late Rita J. Soltis. William was a retired millwright. William will be remembered at Mass on Sunday, March 30, 2014 at St. Alexander Catholic Church in Palos Heights, IL. The family will also gather at a later date in Chicago for a time of remembrance. William is survived by his daughters, Aimee Smith (Ryan) and Jenny Soltis; son, William Soltis (Lynn); daughter-in-law, Christine Soltis; grandchildren, Abigael Soltis and Augie Soltis; brothers, Christopher Soltis and Mark Soltis; and sister, Sue Carlson. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a son, August Soltis.
