Bill and I dated December of 1992 until June 1993. We ended up breaking up but I still remember him so vividly. We were both very in love with each other but we are both very young. I talked to him 5 years later while he also still work for osei pruning I still miss you Bill and I always will you still coming my dreams. We both worked in Des Plaines I worked at Prudential Insurance he worked at Xerox. We met at the bar called ribs. It was right below the Rosemont Illinois police. When he first saw me he gave me his number but I didn't call him back after 6 months I looked in my business drawer and saw his card and called him. We were very much in love for a very short time. He had a lot of long-term goals and I'm glad to see that he made it to New York City cuz I knew that was a big goal for Bill. I only wish I had seen him one last time.

Bill was full of life and energy. Maybe that is why he loved turtles. It reminds us to slow down and enjoy what we've got. I'll miss you buddy.

Just found out about Bill while looking up his number since I have not heard from him in a while. Words simply cannot express the emptiness I feel inside knowing that Bill has passed. I am shocked and truly saddened and my deepest sympathies are with your family. I will always cherish the MANY great memories and years spent with my best friend. He is already sorely missed.

Bill, our sadness from your move back to Chicago has been replaced with grief--and disbelief--from knowing that you're gone for good now. But you'll always hold a special place in our hearts and we're better for having known you.
Be happy...

Mr. & Mrs. Swieca - Bill will truly be missed by all of his friends. I remember him well from growing up in the Cragin neighborhood. He was always happy, joking around, and always had a smile on his face. I am very fortunate for having the opportunity to reconnect with him over the last few months. May God give you the strength to work through your grief until the day you meet again.
To my friend and brother you brought so much joy to my life.

Bill..... it was such a pleasure to re-connect with you over the last few years. Who would have ever thought the little blond headed kid who walked into the doors of St James all those many years ago would make such an impact of my life but you sure did.
It was an honor to be your friend. You were a class act, one of a kind and I will miss our daily texts, emails, chats and phone calls. You were always there with a smile and a witty comment.
Words seem inadequate to express the sadness I feel.
Your memories will live on forever in my heart forever.
So until we meet again STO LAT my friend!!!!! MISS YOU....

I feel truly blessed to have reconnected with Bill, a.k.a. BOLEK. We enjoyed so many good times in such a short period of time. He was becoming the brother I never had.
Bill, thanks for the laughs and sharing your "whacky" stories. Your legacy, "King Boleslaw" will live on in the hearts of everybody who had the pleasure of meeting you. You have left an indelible mark on my life and a special place in my heart. Visiting Rolling Stones and TBK (BTK) will never be the same.
To Bill's parents and family, I extend my heartfelt sympathy. Bill was such an unique person that no words are adequate. I will miss him immensely, his smile and contagious laugh. RIP Bill
