Clark, you will be deeply missed! Your dedication and love for Chico State knew no bounds and I will always treasure the time you devoted to the alumni board. I will miss your dry wit, and just cannot imagine a Chico Chapter event without you. Much love to Betty and your girls.

I met Clark and Betty at the Chico Elks. Clark was a wonderful Man. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. I am very sorry for your loss, Betty. He is always with you. You have some wonderful friends that care about you. Please take care of yourself. If I can do anything, please let me know.

One of nature's true gentlemen, Clark was a committed scholar without affectation, a man who dedicated his hours to his beloved wife, family and who led an exemplary life achieved through commitment and teamwork. It was a simple pleasure just to be around this self-effacing but steadfast man who set a high personal standard of behavior and human interaction it would to well for the rest of us to follow.
