Lou was my mentor as a private investigator. I worked under his license as a security guard and PI until I had enough hours to take the state PI exam and obtain my own PI license, which was in 1983.
I just learned of his death and am deeply saddened by it.

Lou came into our lives during a crisis of the worst kind. He immediately inspired confidence in his abilities and showed us compassion and care through our ordeal. After, Lou kept in touch with our family and we were blessed to know him. To the Parker family-I´m sorry for your loss:? He was a beautiful human. He will remain always in my heart.
