ROBERT DALE LAND On Monday, June 28th 2021, the world lost a great man in Robert Dale Land who passed away at 72 years old in Boise, Idaho. Bob was born on January 29th, 1949 in Hollister, CA to Charles and Mary Land. After graduating San Benito High School in 1968, he joined the Air Force in 1969 where he served tours in Spain and Korea. Once retiring from the USAF after 20 years in 1989, Bob began a 26 year career working for the state of California for the Air Resources Board and retired in 2015. Bob loved his Harley-Davidson, the 49ers, and going on cruises all around the world. He is preceded in death by his mom and dad, older brothers Chuck and Mike, and older sister Nora. He is survived by his wife of 15 years Patti and former wife Melissa, daughters Danielle, Stephanie, and Kimberly and sons John and Chris. He was Papa Bob to grandkids Dustin, Alyssa, Carli, Aleah, and Brayden. A celebration of life for Bobbo will be held on July 24th, 2021 at 1pm at the Eagles Hall on 1940 Mulberry St in Chico.
