Ryan Thomas Cunningham, 28 of Gridley, CA, passed away on August 5, 2011, in Williams, AZ.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church, 100 Vermont Street, Gridley, CA. Private Inurnment will be held at Gridley-Biggs Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to The Ryan Cunningham Fund, in care of First Baptist Church, are suggested by the family.

I don't know what to say. I'm hurting so bad. Just found out. I hope Rick and Becky I can come visit you sometime. I don't think I still have your phone number written down or I'd call. I am so heartbroken :( I will be praying for you and the kids, please pray for me!

my prayers and thoughts are with you during the difficult time..i have reflected on Ryan alot this past week and always think back to knowing him as a child. i remember taking him to the pumpkin patch with jeff and feeling like i needed roller skates or harness on both of them to keep them in site. Oh what engery that boy had..
but what i remember the most is how as a child he had good manners and a smile that warmed your heart. May you find comfort in knowing that Ryan is at peace and in the arms of our loving God. God's peace and strength for you and his family

I am so sorry for your loss. Ryan was truly a great and funny guy. We both received Athlete of the Week in the Gridley Herald at the same time. I remember comparing strikeouts with him. He was an amazing ballplayer. He will be truly missed.

I will miss you.. Its been to long but one day I will see you again. When I look at Caden I see you. I know you are whole again. My heart aches for all of those you leave behind especially your two beautiful young children and your parents. I still can't really believe you are gone. I was trying to describe to my wife Ryan's laugh last night as we were talking about and remembering Ryan. He had one of those laughs that would make anyone in the room start laughing at the sound of his amusement.
You don't realize how much impact a person has on your life until something like this comes along. All the games, laughs, memories and fun times all come rushing back.
Ryan will be missed by all who knew him. Ryan was truly awesome athlete, friend, and fellow brother.
