David DeWees Obituary
He was born April 3, 1982 in Gainesville and lived his life in this area. Ancel was of the Pentecostal faith and did masonry work. He enjoyed baseball and football, fishing and anything outdoors. His greatest passion was spending time with his family.
He is survived by his children, 13-year-old Anthony; Keaton, 8; Taylor, 4; Chase, 3 and Jasmin 5 months; parents, David and Denise DeWees; brother, Wesley (Tiffany) DeWees, all of Chiefland; brother, Joshua DeWees of Bronson; step-sister, Jennifer Riggs of Old Town; Papa Jerrell and Ms. Sandra DeWees of Jacksonville; Papa David Williams of Goergia; his companion, Sesaly Bretz, of Chiefland, many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
The DeWees family will be receiving friends and family at the family's residence in Chiefland. The invitation is open anytime.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Oct. 27 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Service times are still pending Service times are still pending for a funeral service Wednesday, Oct. 30.

Ancel you will be dearly missed by all those you have crossed paths with. You were a Great Father, LOving Son and Brother, and to me, a Wonderful Friend! May you watch over your Babies as they grow. My heart is heavy and I am lost for words to express how much you embraced so many with everything you did, and you did it with Love!
