We chartered John's bus for our son's graduation, and he took us all around Boulder, telling stories, joking, and having a great time all around. Thanks for bringing fun and joy into so many lives. You will be missed!

So sorry to hear about this. I lucky to have met John on my flight to Colorado. John and I stayed in contact and talked about a business partnership.
John was a guy who you liked and trusted as soon as you talked to him. He will be missed

I knew John many years ago and enjoyed his very enthusiastic and authentic way of being in the world. He could be so funny and intense. I never told John this, but I always secretly wished that he was my brother. My sincerest condolences to his family.

John was quite a character! He had an infectious smile and unique way about him. He once brought his beautiful dog with him to my office. I was shocked at how relaxed the pup was, being a pretty good-sized pit-bull. I personally admired John for many things, among them building such a creative business (Banjo Billy’s) and his bright intellect. I wish I could have known him longer. He will be deeply missed. Sincere condolences to the whole family.

I was a brother of John at Sigma Nu in Fort Collins and also know his parents from Pueblo. John was a great guy and fun to be around. My condolences go out to you his family.

My condolences go out to John's family and loved ones. We were classmates through middle and high school. This beautiful remembrance conjured memories of John all the way back to when we were kids. Even then he always seemed to have a little bit of magic and mischief in his eyes and a very bright spirit. His loss leaves a void in the world, he was truly one of a kind.
