A funeral service for David L. Bollom, 69, of 319 S. Grove St., Chippewa Falls, was held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 26, 2004, at Zion United Methodist Church, Chippewa Falls, with the Rev. Greg Schrimpf officiating. Music was provided by Jackie Gibbs and vocalists, Jacey and Dan Lea. William Moe gave personal reflections.
Graveside services were held at Prairie View Cemetery, village of Lake Hallie, with military rites conducted by the Chippewa Falls Patriotic Council. Casket bearers included William Moe, Sy Brzeczkowski, Leo Ottman, Paul Severn, Tim Kilness, and Hank Boeve. Honorary bearers were Bill Berg, Gene Doucette, and Don Ulness.
A military reviewal by the Chippewa Falls Patriotic Council was held at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls. The Chippewa Falls Masonic Lodge #176 F. & A.M. conducted a service at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral chapel.
