George J. Kysilko, 81, of 601 Summit Ave., Chippewa Falls, died Tuesday, March 8, 2005, at his home.
He was born on April 1, 1923, to Joseph and Frances (Kral) Kysilko.
George married Dolores Naiberg on Oct. 2, 1948. He lived and farmed in the rural Cornell area most of his life.
He was also employed at the Boyd Oil Company, was an assessor for the town of Colburn, a custodian at Cadott High School, and maintenance man at the Chippewa Mall for Kraus-Anderson of Minneapolis.
George was an outgoing person, who enjoyed visiting and helping people.
He is survived by: his wife, Dolores; a daughter, Janet Payne of Neenah; two sons, Robert (Jennifer) Kysilko and Ronald (Julie) Kysilko of Bloomer; grandchildren, Jeffrey Matschee, Stefanie Kysilko, Kathryn Kysilko, Sarah Faber-Nelson, and Heather (Brian) Brennan; and a great-grandchild, Liam Brennan.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; and a sister, Margaret Nesvacil.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 11 at Big Drywood Lutheran Church, rural Cadott, with Rev. John Lee officiating. Interment will be in Bohemian National Cemetery, rural Cadott.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 10 at the Leiser Funeral Home and also one hour before services Friday at the church.
