Jace Louis Duffield
Jace Louis Duffield, our angel baby boy went to his heavenly home Sunday, June 12, 2016, from Mayo Clinic Health System-Red Cedar in Menomonie.
He is survived by his parents, Chelsie Clements and Kevin Duffield; sister, Sierra Duffield; and brother, Oriah Duffield; maternal grandparents, Brenda (Carl) Ziehlke and Cory (Janet) Clements; paternal grandparents, Kellieann Grundhauser and Kevin Duffield Sr.; aunt, Bethany Clements; uncles, Shane (Stephanie) Duffield, Taylor Duffield and Dylan Ziehlke; he is also survived by many cousins and other relatives.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, June 16, at Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie. Burial will be in Mamre Cemetery in the town of Menomonie, Dunn County, Wis.
