John Hintz Obituary
September 10, 1955 - June 5, 2025
John W. Hintz, age 69, of Brighton, Colorado, and formerly of Thorp, Wisconsin, passed away on June 5, 2025.
Born on September 10, 1955, to Wallace and Sylvia Hintz, John grew up with a strong sense of family and a knack for connection. He was one of five children and is lovingly remembered by his mother Sylvia, his sisters Paulette Wagner of Chippewa Falls, Connie (Gene) Vetterkind of Withee, and his brother James (Maria) of Houston, Tx. He was preceded in death by his father Wallace and sister Lauralyne.
John was a proud father and grandfather to his daughters, Kendra (Chad) Martin of Eau Claire, Lacey (Rafe) Feagin of Lafayette, In and his six grandchildren, who will continue on carrying his spirit forward.
A man of many trades, John found his calling in medical sales, where his warmth, charisma, and dedication left a lasting mark on colleagues and clients alike. He lived life with an open heart and a fearless sense of adventure. Whether cruising on his Harley through the mountains or soaking in the sound of a good blues band, John knew how to enjoy the ride and made sure those around him did too.
He touched many lives with his generosity, humor, and zest for life.
A celebration of John's life will be held October 4,2025 on Lake Wissota, where family and friends will gather to honor his memory in the way he would have loved- surrounded by nature, laughter, and love.

Worked with John in Colorado as he took over my old territory. We are close in age and the love to ride motorcycles. We both had stories to compare. John was a pleasure to be around and great to have along on a road trip. He was an example to all of us as a diligent, hard working gentleman. He is greatly missed by his team members here in the West. God bless!
