CHIPPEWA FALLS - Julie M. Olsen, 81, of Chippewa Falls, died Friday, May 17, 2024 at her residence under the care of Interim Hospice.
Julie was born September 25, 1942 in Eau Claire, the daughter of George and Catherine (Drake) Polus.
On July 2, 1963, Julie married Charles Olsen in Anoka, MN.
Julie is survived by four sons: Ronald (Amy), Alfred, George (Laura) and Charles all of Chippewa Falls; four daughters: Brenda Berry of Chippewa Falls, Phyllis (Dave) Eckwright of Cornell, Jackie (Matt) Glenn of Jim Falls and Kathy (Troy) Nordberg of Madison; 21 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Julie was preceded in death by her husband, Charles on August 22, 2015; her parents; one brother, George Polus, Jr.; and one sister, Dorothy Squires.
A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the Horan Funeral Home in Chippewa Falls. Rev. Brandon Guenther will be officiating.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the funeral home.
