Vicki R. Berg, 65, passed away at her home in Bloomer on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013.
She was born on March 8, 1948 to Cy and Adeline (Revior) Schultz in Chippewa Falls.
She married Roger Berg on June 8, 1974 at the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Bloomer.
Vicki loved music. She taught music in school, gave piano lessons, played the organ and piano for the church, and directed the bell choir.
She was also very skilled in needlepoint, many of which are framed and decorate the walls in her home. When she wasn't teaching or sewing, Vicki enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her family.
She is survived by: her husband of 39 years, Roger; children Erika (Craig Chan) Berg of Los Angeles, Calif., and Peder Berg of Bloomer; and siblings Edward (Pam) Schultz and Colette (James) Heebink.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Cy and Adeline.
Funeral services will be held on at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26 at the First Congregational United Church of Christ Bloomer. There will be a visitation from 4-8 p.m. at Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer on Wednesday, Sept. 25.
