Deborah Fowler Obituary

Deborah Jean "Deb" Fowler, age 72, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her husband of 45 years, her son, and her daughter on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 9:30 p.m. Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Deb was born on April 18, 1953, at Westover Air Force Base in Springfield, Massachusetts to the late Harold Lloyd Norman and Edna Frances Ellis Norman. She dedicated her career to education, retiring as an Instructional Supervisor from the Christian County Public School System. A proud alumna of Austin Peay State University, Deb was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority and later earned her master's degree from Murray State University. She was an active member of Trinity Baptist Church and Christian County Retired Teachers Association. She is survived by her loving husband, Mickey Fowler; her son, Tyler Fowler (Christina) of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; her daughter, Whitney Hoffmeister (Phillip) of Lebanon, Tennessee; her sisters, Lynn Askew (Logan) of Trenton, Kentucky, and Anita Broaddus (Clay) of Tampa, Florida; and her cherished grandchildren, Piper and Graham Fowler. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Baptist Church, located at 3900 Lafayette Road, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
