Aaron Lee Roysden, age 62, passed away peacefully at his home in Riverview, FL, on September 13th, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones after a short battle with cancer.
Aaron was born on May 17th, 1962, in Marion, IN, to Norman and Barbara Roysden. He graduated from Marion High School in 1980 and moved to Tampa, FL, in 1984.
He recently retired after a long career as a commercial electrician in the Tampa Bay area, with over 20 years being with APG Electric. Some projects he was most proud to have worked on include Tropicana Field, Busch Gardens, Islands of Adventure, Brandon Hospital and most recently The Motor Enclave.
He was an avid sports fan and gifted baseball player in his youth, playing competitively into his 30's and travelling for tournaments throughout the Southeast. Aaron loved spending time with his grandsons, playing darts and taking golf cart rides with his beloved girlfriend Jeanne, as well as listening to country music as loud as it could go. He was a collector of hats and had a different pair of sunglasses for each one. He touched many lives with his generosity and brought a smile to everyone's face with his dance moves. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Aaron is survived by his partner Jeanne Hyjek; two daughters, Natasha (Andrew) Hart and Kaileigh (Michael) Fisher; two grandsons Nathan and Connor Fisher; his parents, Norman and Barbara Roysden; his brother, David (Judy) Roysden, as well as two nephews and many great-nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank everyone for their outpouring of love and support during this difficult time and requests that in lieu of flowers, donations to be made to everykidsports.org.

My condolences to the whole Roysden Family. Aaron and I met at Kendall School and became friends. Played Little League at Sunnycrest and he was very good. We went to Baseball Camp at Dennison University in Granville Ohio and got to play baseball all day for a whole week. We had a blast! We both loved Baseball!
Rest in Peace my Friend.
