Richard Tarr Obituary
Richard 'Rick" Allen Tarr, Jr., 62, passed away at Marion General Hospital on Jan. 24, 2022.
He was born in Hartford City on May 15, 1959.
Funeral service will be at 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022 at Keplinger Funeral Home, 509 N. High St. Hartford City. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Keplinger Funeral Home.
Rick will be cremated and his cremains interred at the National Cemetery in Marion at a later date.
