Robin Elaine Zook (née Wills), born on May 5, 1956, in Noblesville, IN, passed away at 68 on November 18, 2024, after courageously facing breast cancer for the third time. She left knowing how loved she was by her husband and family. Her life was a testament to love, resilience, and joy.
On August 15, 1981, Robin married her soulmate, Joseph Karl Zook. Together, they nurtured a loving family with their three children: Amanda, Jonathan, and Brett. Their journey took them to Knoxville, TN, in 1992, and later to Rogersville, TN, in 1996, where they built a home filled with laughter and warmth.
Robin's love for music was infectious and she often filled the air with spontaneous melodies. Her passion for nature was evident in her admiration for birds, butterflies, and flowers, and her green thumb was the envy of many. Above all, Robin was a devoted wife and mother, whose radiant smile brought light and comfort to everyone she met.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Sharlene Wills. Robin leaves behind her beloved husband, Joe Zook; her children, Amanda Zook-Mills and husband Shaun Mills, Jonathan Zook and wife Julie Meadows, Brett Zook and wife Danielle Zook; her cherished grandchildren, Connor Zook, Bryce Mills, Audrey Mills, and Faye Zook; and her sisters, Vicki Sheets and Liz Estes.
A celebration of Robin's life will be held at a future date in Rogersville, TN, and Lebanon, IN. In honor of her legacy of spreading joy, her family encourages everyone to engage in activities that bring true happiness and share that joy with others.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, continuing Robin's spirit of giving and hope. Online condolences may be sent at www.christiansells.com.
