Tony DeVon Bragg, age 74, of Marion, IN, passed away on April 28th, 2025.
Tony was born on March 23, 1951, to Clifford D. and Maxine W. (Pattison) Bragg. Tony was a 1969 graduate of Eastbrook High School and on October 18, 1970, he married his wife, Linda Embry.
Tony spent his life farming, only recently "retiring" last year. Tony worked for Anaconda Wire and Cable Company, Delco Electronics and retired from General Motors as a millwright of 30 years. He spent 48 years on the Van Buren volunteer fire department and enjoyed fishing in Canada.
Tony is survived by his spouse Linda S. (Embry) of almost 55 years, Daughter DeVonda (Dede) Flaherty, spouse Sean, Son Todd, (significant other Holly Eldredge), Grandchildren Logan Taylor Bragg, Brinley Shea Flaherty, and Braeden Sean Flaherty, Sister Lana S. Shafer (Kent), Mother-in-law, Margaret Ellen Embry, Brothers in law Mike (Patty) Embry, Ed (Linda) Embry, and sister-in-law Betty Ann Jones.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Rex D. Bragg, and father-in-law George C. Embry.
Visitation will be Friday, May 2, 2025, from 2-8pm and Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 11am-2pm, all held at Grace Community Church, 1810 Bradford Pike, Marion, IN. Funeral services will begin at 2pm on Saturday with Chaplain Ginny Soultz and Pastor Tom Mansbarger officiating. Graveside services and burial to follow in the Landess Cemetery in rural Grant County.

Tony's parents and mine were friends so All us kids used to play together. I have fond memories and was very fond of Tony. Linda and I are friends as well. So sorry for your loss. RIP friend.
