Another year has gone by but much too quickly. This past year, some perhaps would argue not quickly enough. You are missed!!!

Cynthia, her family and ours, knew each other for 46 years. Cynthia and Karen, my wife, were leaders of a Girl Scout Troop in Rockledge, Florida.

As for me, Cynthia was my Director of Human Resources at Eugene Wuesthoff Memorial Hospital in Rocklege. Together we negotiated the first Florida Nurses Association union contract. A physical fitness 'buff,' Cynthia also established a preventive medicine and physical fitness program for employees and the Rocklege/Cocoa community. Sponsored by the Aetna Life Insurance Company, Cynthia created the 1,000 mile "Walk and Run Challenge."

At my urging, Cynthia returned to college and earned a graduate degree through the Advanced Programs at The University of Oklahoma.
