Dorothy Webb Obituary
Dorothy was born to the late William and Lucy (Garrett) Peed on August 6, 1935 in Largo, FL.
She was married to her loving husband Alfred Webb for 60 years before his passing on September 13, 2011.
Dorothy and Alfred made Citrus County their home in 2005 after relocating from Largo. In her spare time she liked watching sports, especially baseball and football. One of her greatest joys was watching her children play sports while they were growing up. Dorothy enjoyed spending time at home with her family and cooking.
Those left to mourn Dorothy's passing include her daughter, Kathy Castellano and her husband Jerry of Floral City, FL; sons: Dennis Webb and his wife Lisa of Largo, FL, Steve Webb and his wife Diane of Palm Harbor, FL, Eddie Webb and his wife Bridgett of Brooksville, FL; brother, David Peed and his wife Kay of California; sisters: Ethel Small and her husband Harold of Maine, Elma Salls of Ocala, FL; 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband Alfred, Dorothy was preceded in death by her son, Mark Webb and her sister, Doris Stephens.
A Funeral Service of Remembrance is scheduled for Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home in Inverness and will be conducted by the Reverend Greg Kell, former pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church.
Friends are invited to join the family in visitation beginning at 2:00 PM until the hour of service. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available for use at the funeral home.
