James L. Wilson, formerly of Homosassa, died on September 9th at his home in Santa Rosa Beach Florida.
He moved here from Decatur Indiana in August 2000. Mr. Wilson retired from the Indiana Air National Guard at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant after serving in the military for over 37 years. He was an instructor of the Dale Carnegie Course for several years.
He was a devoted member of Christ Lutheran Church in Brooksville and an active member of the Walden Woods community.
He was predeceased by his wife of 55 years, Marlene and son, Thomas A. Wilson. Survivors include his Son and Daughter-in-law James R. and Denise A. Wilson of Penhook VA, his Daughter and Son-in-law Connie S. and John Harrison of Destin FL, four grandchildren: Michael and Amy Harrison, Katy and Betsy Wilson and two great grandchildren: Benjamin Harrison and August Van Boxtel.
A private graveside service will be held at the Bushnell National Cemetery at a later date.
