Sandra passed peacefully early in the morning of December 15, 2023. Sandra was born in Indianapolis, IN. to her parents, Gene and Margaret Sims. She met her husband, Eugene Frame, while working at a convenient store and they were married for 49 years before he passed in 2006.
She was a doting grandmother and mother who never failed to send a holiday/birthday card and was the kindest woman to every person she came into contact with. Sandra was a beautiful, shining light during her time on Earth and she will continue to shine as a star in heaven and the hearts of those she has touched. Her friends and family are blessed to have known her, and she will be very dearly missed.
Sandra is greeted in heaven by her husband and two children, Robert and Phyllis, as well as her siblings Sybil, Alicia, Marcia, Karen and Chuck. She is survived by her two daughters, Sharon and Carol, her brother Gary and 10 grandchildren, as well as many great-grandchildren that will keep her memory alive for years to come.
