Steven Paul Primeau, 66, of Homosassa, FL, passed away on October 20th, 2023. Steve was born in Auburn, MI July 11th, 1957, the son of Harry A. and Maxine T. (Chartier) Primeau.
Steve was a loving husband, father, and new grandfather who enjoyed, more than anything, his time with his family and friends. Steve met his wife Susan of 33 years in Palm Beach, FL in 1989 and were married April 22nd, 1991 in Key West. They later moved to Clearwater and had their only son Nicholas before settling in Homosassa in 2005.
Steve was a lifelong entrepreneur and the owner/operator of American Lighting Corporation for nearly 25 years before retiring in 2014. His favorite hobbies included fishing, boating, marine upholstery, and his many real estate ventures.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents and brother Joseph Primeau. His spirit lives on in his loving wife Susan Primeau, son Nicholas (Kristen) Primeau, granddaughters Emily(1) and Rylee(12), sister Diane (John) McNally, brother Gary (Maria) Primeau, and sister-in-law Christine (Joseph) Primeau, along with twelve nieces and nephews plus an entire community of beloved friends and comrades.
Celebration of Life will be held at the Old Mill Tavern in Homosassa on December 2nd, 2023 from 3pm – 7pm.
