David M. - Beloved husband of Patricia. Loving brother of John (Shiela), Mark, Bernard (Theresa), Phillip, and Mary Ann (Brent) Furnish. Dear stepfather of Delaney (Rachel) Elliott. Grandfather of Avery & Brady Elliott. Dear son-in-law of Marjorie Gaffney. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, William J. & Pauline Lehmenkuler, and his brothers, William, Thomas, Richard, and Steven. Passed away Friday, August 24, 2012 at the age of 62 years. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 28th from 10 AM until time of Funeral Service at 12 Noon at the Norman Chapel at Spring Grove Cemetery. Interment at Spring Grove Cemetery. Memorials to AFTD (Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration), Radnor Station Building 2, Suite 320, 290 King of Prussia Road, Radnor, PA 19087. Gwen Mooney Funeral Home (513-853-1035) assisting the family.

Dear Pat and family of Dave, I am so sorry for your loss. Too soon to leave this world, but I have heard he left you all with wonderful memories. This is so hard to understand. May you find peace.
