David Willman Puterbaugh beloved son of Joan (nee Bowen) Puterbaugh and the late Edward Carson Puterbaugh; loving brother of Dr. Douglas (Cindy) Puterbaugh, Donald (Susan) Puterbaugh, Dani Lyon, Amy Puterbaugh and the late Dale Puterbaugh; he is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and colleagues at the Joseph House; as well as, his man's best friend "Stormy". Passed away Monday March 21, 2016. Age 58. Residence Covington, KY. Friends may call Saturday March 26th from 10 AM until time of Memorial Service at 11 AM at the Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center St, Milford, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Joseph House 1526 Republic St. Cincinnati, OH 45202. Please submit condolences to www.evansfuneralhome.com

I shared a lot of great memories with Dave. He was instrumental in not only me staying sober but countless others. Through being busy raising my family I lost contact with Dave and I can only hope he passed peacefully for that is what he deserved. I will miss you my friend.
