Dawn RISH Obituary
RISH
Dawn Christine (nee Spencer). Current resident of Lake Waynoka, Sardinia, OH and long time resident of Springdale passed at home on February 15, 2013 after a battle with cancer. She would have been 66 on February 18th. A Realtor since 1979, most recently with Coldwell Banker West Shell, she was active with the Board of Realtors and an RPAC contributor. She served many years on the Board's Grievance Committee, acting as Chair on three separate occasions. She was a regular Circle of Excellence recipient and was honored with the 25 year Circle of Excellence award in 2011. However, Dawn would say her greatest achievement was the number of people she helped become successful and make a career in the real estate industry. The daughter of Donald and Mary Louise (Spooner) Spencer, Dawn is survived by one brother, David Spencer, and one sister, Denise (Spencer) Matteson, as well as 3 nieces and a nephew. Dawn is also survived by her loving husband, Steven Ames Rish and three children, Kimberly Hubbard (Timothy), Sean Price, and Wendy Daniels. She is the loving Grandmother of Mathew (Liz) Hubbard, Samuel Hubbard, Gabriel Hubbard, James Hubbard, Josh Daniels, Charlette (Zach) Cripe, Kai Daniels, Tim (Candace) Hubbard Jr., Kelley Schumacher, and Carl (Penni) Hubbard. Additionally, she is the proud Great-Grandmother of eight. A private memorial service will be held later in the year at a date to be announced. What a wonderful partner and teacher in Real Estate. All the prayer could not keep her here but God decided to call home his little girl. May the family find comfort in his everlasting love and his eternal life. We are here for a little while but we are with him forever. I will miss you Dawn.

Absolutly a remarkable woman . Truely a earthen vessle for Gods work ! Exampled by her unselfish approach to life and giving of her self to her husband Steven , her family , and to others. Steve, you are in my prayers, and in my heart. Dawn did fight a good battle, but God needed her more than we did. I remember the first time we met, she was wearing sweats and an tee-shirt, to show us a house to buy, and we hit it off right then and there and we all have been great friends since.
