December 13, 2013. Age 49 years. Residence Mt. Washington. Service at T.P. WHITE & SONS Funeral Home 2050 Beechmont Avenue, Mt. Washington, Monday, December 16, at 11:00 AM. Friends may visit Monday from 9:30 AM to 11 AM.
