Memorial Service will take place Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 11 AM at the Gwen Mooney Funeral Home at 4389 Spring Grove Ave

I worked for Frank at Woodward when I first got out of high school. I remember him as a fair man and have fond memories of him. My prayers are with his family.
