GARNETT

Gina M. Garnett (nee Gerwin) died July 22, 2015, in Forest Park, Ohio. She was born in Cincinnati on December 15, 1951, to Richard and Helen Gerwin of Reading, Ohio. She attended Our Lady of Sacred Heart School in Reading, Reading Elementary and Reading High Schools. At the University of Cincinnati, she earned an ASC, Magna Cum Laude, in Pre-Secondary Education (1972), BS in Natural Science (1981), and Med in Food & Nutrition(1986). In 1987, she became a Registered Dietitian. Gina is survived by her beloved husband of 31 years, William B. Garnett, along with her cherished siblings Rick Gerwin of Lisle, IL; Paul Gerwin of Cincinnati, OH; Joseph Gerwin of Pontiac, IL; John Gerwin of Raleigh, NC; Mary Bishop of Cincinnati, OH; and Adam Gerwin of KY. A short visitation will be held at Gwen Mooney Funeral Home (4389 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati OH, 45223) on Wednesday, August 19, from 11-11:30, followed by an intimate service at 11:30 a.m. with reception following the service at the Gwen Mooney Reception Center, where all are welcome.
