Grant EGBERS Obituary
EGBERS
Grant Thomas will be remembered by his charisma and incredible smile that lit up every heart in every room. He was the Cherished son of Tom and Diane Egbers, nurturing big brother to Olivia Egbers, loving grandson of Raymond and Barbara Conway, and Tom and Ann Egbers. He was blessed to have caring Aunts and Uncles, 21 first cousins, and countless dear friends. He passed away on February 7, 2015 at the young age of 15. He was preceded in death by his cousin, Leah Conway. Family will receive friends from 5-8 PM on Thursday, February 12 at St. Margaret of York Catholic Church, 9495 Columbia Road, Loveland, OH 45140, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM on Friday, February 13th. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested for the Grant Egbers Memorial Scholarship Fund at 5/3 Bank. www.tuftsschildmeyer.com

It was truly an honor for me to teach Grant Spanish in his freshman year. I'll always remember his smile and his friendliness and the hard work that he put forth in class. I miss him dearly. I was lucky enough to have called Grant my good friend. I remember growing up with him at CHCA and being his reading buddy. He was such a fun boy to be with. My most favorite memory of him was when we used to joke about being married. He would text me when he got home from school with "Honey, I'm home" That line is what I keep thinking of, because now he really is home <3 I am thinking of you guys and praying for you.
