Beloved father of Doreen (Rick) Heuser; John (Ginger), Jeff (Annette) & Christopher (Becky) Kern. Proud grandfather of Cristi (Patrick) O'Hearn, Tim Chipman; Nick (Sarah), Lydia (Seth Bitter), Stephen, Samantha, Alexander, Vanessa, Mitchell, Daniel & Mallory Kern. Gr. Grandfather of Conner, Gavin & Caitlyn O'Hearn. Brother of Shirley Kipp. Member of College Hill-Harry S. Johnson Lodge #641 & Cincinnati-Lafayette Lodge #483 F&AM, Scottish Rite Valley of Cinti., Syrian Shrine Clown Unit & Grand Lodge of Ohio. Retired member of Mack Volunteer Fire Dept., volunteer at Shriners Hospital for Children & active member of St. Aloysius on the Ohio Catholic Church. Visitation Tues., Jan. 27, 5-9 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, OH. Luckey was my mentor when I became a Shrine clown. He was a well respected Mason and a great man, father & husband. I feel horrible for his family especially JoAnn and Lil'Luckey. I hope someday to be as good a man as him.

Herb "Luckey" was not just a friend from the Shrine but a great clown & my kids favorite clown! He will be missed sorely. The Shrine will never be the same without him.
