LIPSCOMB
Howard "Neil", Age 79, of Mason, passed away in his home on Saturday, June 15, 2013. He was born on October 19, 1933 in Hamilton, the son of Elizabeth (Ballerino) and Howard Lipscomb He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Antoinette "Toni" (Mastandrea) Lipscomb and their children, Neila (Jim) Hanges, Jeffrey (Becky) Lipscomb, Richard "Rick" Lipscomb, Nancy (Jim) Dawson, Kelly (Tom) Craft and his adoring grandchildren, Tiffany, Brian, Kara, Patrick, Jillian, Katie, Greg, Nicole, Constance, Aaron, Amber, Lindsey, Andrew, Patrick, Ryan and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Larz, Isaiah, Quentin, Peyton, Alexander, and Lyla and soon to be granddaughter, Emma; his brother, James (Roberta) Lipscomb; his mother-in-law, Lillian (Cruse) Mastandrea and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a granddaughter, Kerri Nicole, his father-in-law, Frank Mastandrea, and his brother-in-law and dear friend Richard Mastandrea. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving in the Korean War. He attended Miami University and retired in 1994 from Champion Papers after 42 years of service. He was a member of Christ's Church, Mason. Neil's favorite activity was being with his family. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was devoted to his family, each member of which is blessed to have shared his life. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Christ's Church, 5165 Western Row Road, Mason, Ohio 45040 with Pastor Tom Moll officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of Southwest Ohio, 7625 Camargo Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45243. Online condolences are available at www.weigelfuneralhome.com

As a fellow member of the Mason Parkinson's Support Group, I was blessed to have known Neil through our weekly meetings and our spirited chair volleyball games. I extend my sympathy to Toni and her lovely family.
