MUSGROVE Jason "Jake" K. passed away on September 20, 2010. He was born October 28, 1954 in Cincinnati, OH. Jason precedes in death his parents Jason C. & Hester Musgrove and Sam Moody & Betty McKenzie; sons Jeremy D. Perry and Kristain J. Perry; daughter Amanda R. Spalding (Musgrove); Daughter In-law Debrena Perry and Son-in-law Justin Spalding. Brothers Wendell McKenzie, David McKenzie, John Moody, Dwight Moody and Joseph Moody; Brother in law Steve Burch; sisters Hester Michael, Betty Faye Burch, Tina Farrell, Joan Roberts, Lori Gilbert, Tonya Brock, Vicky Vincent, and Gladys Curlin; grandchildren Chastity Lee, Christopher Hamlin, Raven Cousins, Kelly Taylor, and Deserea Cousins. He proceeds in death his parents and a brother Roscoe R. McKenzie. There will be a celebration of life service from 1pm-5pm on Friday October 1, 2010 at the New Life Vineyard Church, 2470 Princeton Road, Fairfield Twp. Ohio 45011. It has been very hard with you dad. I miss you so much. Everytime I hear something funny or a fact I need to know, I just want to call you and share it, or ask it. Not a day goes by I don't think about you. Love you dad.
