Jeremy Bernstein Obituary
CINCINNATI - Bernstein, Jeremy Alan, age 21, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021. Beloved son of Jeffrey and Pamela Bernstein and dear brother of Joshua Irving Bernstein. Jeremy will be remembered for his perseverance, strength, and his passion for life. His life was a journey that touched so many, and his journey will continue through all the lives he has inspired.
The Bernstein family will be holding a private funeral service in May, as well as a Celebration of Life on June 12, 2021 from 1:00-7:00PM at the Anderson Center 7850 Five Mile Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45230. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Jeremy's name to Cincinnati Children's Hospital, P.O. Box 5202, Cincinnati, OH 45201-5202.

I will never forget how much fun Jeremy had singing karaoke at the Ayer Elementary School carnival! His whole family also contributed to making Little League Challenger baseball more fun for everyone. Sending lots of love to the Bernsteins, Jeremy's relatives and friends.
