TATE

John William Tate 32 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away at his residence. He is preceded in death by his Maternal Grandmother Carol Henry, and his Paternal Grandfather Bill Tate. He is survived by his Father Richard & Melinda Tate. His Mother Sonia Henry. His Wife Lindsey Tate and their 2 Sons Jackson and Lucas Tate. Bother Joshua Richard Tate, and a Sister Amber Daniel (& Joey) Carr. Maternal Grandparents John & Christie Henry. Paternal Grandparents Marcia & Jack Bolger and Great Great Grandmother Ruth Claxton. He also leaves behind many Nieces and Nephews and many Friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday January 18, 2014 from 12-3pm at Cooper Funeral Home, Alexandria, KY. Services will begin at 3pm.
