There is so much to say about Joe. He was someone you could depend on in any situation and he never failed to put a smile on my face. I love and miss him dearly. Joe was my grandfather and he was the only grandpa I have ever met. He was the sweetest, kindest and most loving person I have ever had the chance to meet. When he pasted away, I remember sitting in my living room thinking, "why now? why take him now?". As the days before his funeral rolled by, I can remember hearing my mom and dad as they cry in the living room, from my bedroom door. At the funeral I can recall coming outside the church and standing there thinking, "if only he could come back... just to say one more goodbye.". As tears started to dwell in my eyes, my cousin walked pasted as iI was hugging my brother, and said "at least you have each other..." This was very heart breaking to me.
I want to thank him for raising my dad and his brothers and sisters, they way he did. They have become so much stronger because of the pain of losing him. I love you grandpa. I will see you soon.

Though only knowing Joe for a short period of his life, he always made many people feel happy with his presence. His jovial smile will be surely missed here in Florida. Our prayers and thoughts go out to the entire Stapleton family.
