Julia (nee Bayer), beloved wife of 32 years to Howard Tully. Devoted mother of Adrienne (Aaron) Allen and Howie (Jessica Kinne)Tully. Loving grandmother of Addie and Lilly. Daughter of the late Raymond and the late Bernice (nee Boeing) Bayer. Dear sister of Jennifer (Edward) Cox. Aunt of Samantha and Stephanie. Passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at the age of 51. Visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd. on Monday (August 3) from 10am until time of service at 12pm. Special condolences may be expressed at www.frederickfh.com
