Michael Cunningham Obituary
Cincinnati - David "Michael", age 72, passed away on March 5, 2018. Loving husband of Kathy Cunningham, cherished father of David Brendon Cunningham, grandfather of Sophia Cunningham, dear brother of Bill (Shirley) Cunningham, Ruth (Mike) Holzinger, Anne Cunningham, Helen Robinson, Ed Cunningham, preceded in death by brothers Jim and Tim Cunningham. He also leaves many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 9, 2018 from 5-8PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes, 4389 Spring Grove Ave. and then a funeral service on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 9:30AM at the Norman Chapel in Spring Grove Cemetery. Memorial donations may be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati.

Michael was the center for an awful lot of people who throughout their lives have never been the same since. And glad of it! ( IMHO), from listening to Bob Dylan on the floor of his grandmothers house in Mt Adams in the 60's and climbing and camping in the mountains in Red River Gorge near Morehead Ky, including the infamous trip out west to Idaho and Utah, these things will never be forgotten...

It seems I have known Michael my whole life and lucky to have known him and been influenced by him. From music to art to love of life, to knowing Kathy, David, Sophie and all the Cunningham's, he is part of me and I will miss him. I send my deepest sympathy.
