Owen YOUNG Obituary
Owen D., 89 of Blue Ash passed away on Thursday Dec. 22, 2011. Beloved husband of Anna Ruth (nee Phipps) Young. A WWII U.S. Army Veteran, Retired Welder and a member of the Blue Ash Baptist Church. Devoted father of Warren (Terry) Young, Doug (Kate) Young and Warren Co. Commissioner Dave Young. Son, Michael Young preceded him in death. Grandfather of eight, Amy Federle, Melanie Rogers, Matt, Julie, Kristin, Courtney, Kinsey and Kaitlin Young. Five great-grandchildren also survive. He will be greatly missed by other family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday Dec. 27th 6-8 PM and funeral on Wednesday morning at 11 AM at the Strawser Funeral Home 9503 Kenwood Rd Blue Ash, OH 45242. Memorials to American Cancer Society.
