Paul W. Beloved husband of 66 years of the late Roberta G. "Bobbie" (nee O'Neill) Bessler. Loving father of William (Pat) Bessler, Paul J. (Debbie) Bessler, John Bessler, Robert (Janet) Bessler, Joe Bessler, Jane (Sheffield) Boardman and Mary (Tom) Kenkel. Devoted grandfather of 20, great-grandfather of 31, and great-great-grandfather of 3 who live to recall his loving encouragement. Loving uncle of 34. Dear brother of Margie Glaser and of the late Christine Bessler, Mary Brutsche, Edwin Bessler, John Bessler, Helen Hennessey, Mark Bessler, Genevieve Urhig, Arnold Bessler and Alice Walsh. Dear brother in-law of the late Ralph O'Neill and Eleanor Johnson. Died, Monday March 20, 2017 Age 100. Visitation Saturday March 25 from 8:00am to 9:45 am at the Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home 3155 Harrison Ave. (Westwood), followed by Funeral Mass 10:00 am at St. Catharine of Siena Church 2848 Fischer Pl. (Westwood). Burial St. Joseph New Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the FRESH Fund St. Catharine Church or the Alzheimer's Association.

Paul (Uncle Paul to me) was an incredibly intelligent and sweet man. I admired the love, respectfulness, and strength he showed in treating Bobbie, Aunt Genevive, and my parents Marg and John in their last years.
He and Aunt Bobbie created a wonderful family. Frank and I wish all of you peace and comfort in your memories.
