My sister just called to tell me about your loss. I am so sorry. I was lucky enough to have Paul as my high school History teacher. What an impact he had on so many lives! My sister was lucky to have him at St. Gertrude's and I was so glad we could share this common experience. We are both teachers now and comment often on how much he impacted us as both students and teachers. He made learning come alive! Blessings and Peace to you all.

I am so deeply saddened to learn of Paul's passing. I knew Paul at Regina High School. He was just starting his career when I was a Junior. In addition to being a great teacher, he became a great friend. Many years later his parents lived in the same apartment complex as my parents and we would see each other from time to time. Paul came to the 35 year reunion of Regina Class of 75 a few years ago, and we were all so happy to see him. Paul had a great time, and I'm glad I was able to spend some time with him then, talking and reconnecting. Paul was a very good man and he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I have such wonderful memories of working with Paul during our first years of teaching and coaching at Regina High School in Norwood. I remember how the girls LOVED having Paul for a teacher and/or coach. He had an innate gift for teaching and coaching. He truly respected his students and the teaching profession. He easily engaged the girls at Regina and helped them to learn and grow. Most importantly, he really cared, on levels, about his students. He was also a terrific colleague - an all-around great guy. It was a privilege to have known and worked with him.
