"Dearest Ellen, Although I have not had the chance to meet with you personally, only over the phone. Ralph was ALWAYS very kind and compassionate to my family and I. We will continue to remember him in our thoughts and memories. We are so very sorry for your families great loss. If there is ANYTHING that we can do, in your time of sorrow please just let us know.
