My sincere condolence. I worked with Ray in the Prosecutor's Office. He was a good man and I enjoyed working with him. He always made time to talk and ask about my family. He will be missed but not forgotten.

Ray was a great friend to Law Enforcement and always willing to help. As Prosecutor, I always enjoyed working with Ray when I was a Detective. This is very sad to hear and I will miss him. What a great and decent person.

Thank you for everything you did Ray. From being the best Prosecutor the City of Trotwood ever had to being a great friend. You were always there for us inside the courtroom and outside as well. You will be missed my friend.

I am an attorney in Greene County where Ray was a Magistrate. He was both a scholar and a gentleman and will be missed.

I will always cherish the 35-year professional and personal friendship with Ray.

I smile recalling fondly the chatting back and forth about all of people both of us have known or worked with along life's way in both Montgomery and Greene County.

Most of all our manner of teasing each other which is a true test of real friendship.

Godspeed Raymond.

There are so many things I could say about Ray. Over 20 years ago, Ray encouraged me to go to law school. I was a paralegal student and he was my instructor. Years later, he wrote a reference letter for me to our alma mater. We became very good friends and shared good times. In recent times, we had discussions about the lack of civility in our profession. He teased me and said if you didn't listen to me, you'd be doing something else making big money. (Add his goofy laugh.) I always lectured him about working too much and he would just agree with me. My heart is broken at the loss of my friend but he's better now. My prayers are with his family and friends.
