Richard Frank, beloved husband of Bessie Engel (nee Cook). Cherished father of Richard J. (Donna) Engel, Debbie (Kevin) Parker, Terri (Gary) Blair, and Steve (Kim) Engel. Loving grandfather of Dawn (Doug) Konrad, Heather Blair, Richard D. (Kristy) Engel, Gary (Sarah) Blair, D.J. (Wendy) Engel, Courtney (Robert) Hopkins, Amanda Parker, Paige Parker, and Stevie Engel. Great grandfather of 15. Brother of Jerry, John, Michael, Ronald, and sisters, Mary, Barbara, and Carol. Preceded in death by parents, John L. and Marie Engel, brothers, Tom, Larry, Clarence, Paul, and sister, Shirley Schappacher. Proud U.S. Navy veteran. Passed away on April 5, 2016 at the age of 85. Funeral Mass will be on Friday April 15, 2016 at 12 noon at Sts. Peter and Paul Church, 330 West Vine St., Reading, Ohio 45215, with visitation at 10:30 am prior at the church. Condolences to
